Covid 19 Policy for Aqua Therapy Marine Charters
Over the past months we've been taking step to keep you safe & well aboard our boat and we wanted to give you an update the extra procedures we've put in place at this challenging time.
During charters all our staff wear PPE including disposable gloves, masks where appropriate.
All contact areas/ surfaces will be disinfected between users.
Particular attention paid to the cleaning of objects and surfaces that are touched regularly, such as door handles, vehicle keys, guard rails etc
All loose items onboard the vessel including but not limited to life jackets, user manuals, kitchen equipment,
laundry etc. will be cleaned/disinfected between users.
We will ensure distancing during fending off the boat and taking/passing lines and ensuring distancing between staff
and customers who are disembarking.
We will provide hand sanitiser stations for you to use onboard when disembarking
We will maintain a minimum of 2m distance between us and our users where possible.
Payment & Deposit Procedure:
To make it easier for clients, we are changing our payment policy in our charter contract. In order to confirm the charter booking, we are reducing our non-refundable deposit payment to 10% at the time of booking. The balance of the fee shall be due 7 days before the date of charter rather than 28 days prior to the day of charter.
